Trip in March 2008 to Okinawa to train with Shimabuku Sensei was great.

The 2008 Isshinryu National Title Circuit is on the move I have the dates on the What's Happening Calendar. I hope you are as excited as I am to face the challenge of attaining a National Isshinryu World Karate Association Title in your division. I, Sensei Heidi Gauntner, extend a personal invitation to all Isshinryu practitioners to join in this National Challenge. Let us together raise the standards of Isshinryu quality. Always remember if you are not involved you do not have a say. Get Involved, Just Do It.
